FULL BOARD

Full Stall Board - $575/mo.
Stall & tack room, feed and hay provided and fed twice a day.  Turn In/Out daily, stall maintenance, bedding and fill dirt provided.  All vaccinations, coggins test, farrier service, de-wormings and fiber therapy provided.

Full Pasture Board - $455/mo.
No tack room provided, feed & hay provided and fed twice a day.  All vaccinations, coggins test, farrier, de-wormings, fiber therapy.
Tack rooms are an additional $25 (if available).

PARTIAL BOARD

Partial Stall Board- $220/mo.
Stall & tack room, turn in/out once daily & one feeding per day. Owner responsible for one feeding per day, bringing horse in/out once per day and daily stall maintenance.  Owner responsible for adding fill dirt and bedding to stall as needed.


Partial Pasture Board - $160/mo.
No tack room provided. Shared pasture & one feeding per day.

$25.00 PER MONTH additional for tack room.

*Wellness Perform Safe by SEMINOLE, 12% protein pellet with 8% fat content and coastal hay are our feeds of choice.
(feed rations may be adjusted as needed based on pasture availability and maintenance requirements of individual horses).
*You may choose to feed any type of Seminle feed product under a full board, full partial board or full service partial board agreement, however a price difference may apply.
*Any additional supplements will need to be provided by the owner at their expense and will be given as directed by the feeding staff.
*Vaccinations will include:  West Nile, Eastern & Western Enchephalitis, Flu and Tetnus.
*De-wormings will be rotated and given every six (6) weeks and will include ivermectrin twice a year, fenbenzadole twice a year and pyrantel pomoate twice a year.
*Fiber Therapy provided as a generic Metamucil type powder added to the feed once a week.
